Celebrating Guru Nanak’s Legacy of Oneness
At Let’s Share a Meal, we are guided by the profound teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, which form the foundation of our mission. In 2019, we had the honor of organizing the 550th birthday celebration of Guru Nanak Dev Ji at NJPAC, bringing together the Sikh community and others to honor his legacy of unity, love, and service.
Continuing the Celebration
This year, on November 9, 2024, we are privileged to once again celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 555th birthday. The event will be held at Prudential Hall, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Newark, New Jersey. Our celebration is guided by Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s three pillars: Naam Japo (meditate on God’s name), Kirat Karo (honest living), and Vand Chakko (share with others).
